1. Payment options include: - bank transfer to account no. 65 1440 1299 0000 0000 0187 8859 - payment or credit card via the online payment system on the Shop's webpage. Online payment with a payment card is only possible if the Purchaser’s card allows this function - payment by cash at the time of delivery.
2. The Purchaser makes the payment after receiving an email confirming the order from the Shop, or using cash at the time of delivery.
3. The Shop will begin executing the order after: - confirming that the full amount has cleared into its bank account, including transport charges (in the event of a bank transfer), or - the transaction has been authorised by the operator responsible for clearing online card payments (in the event of payment with a payment or credit card)
4. Product prices published on the Shop’s webpage do not include transport charges.
5. When making payment for the placed order it is necessary to provide the order number included in the Shop’s confirmation email.
6. The Shop sells products with variable weight (e.g. meat, fish, seafood). Prices provided for those products on the Shop’s webpage are guide prices only. The product’s final cost depends on its actual weight. The product’s weight and its final price are shown on the VAT receipt. In the event of a situation where the cost of products with variable weight was lower at the time of the Client placing the order than the final price shown on the VAT receipt, the Client authorises the Shop to accordingly adjust the cost (resulting from the variable weight of the products) and is obliged to pay the difference in cash at the point of delivery. The Client can check his account balance at any time on the “My account” tab.
7. Any excess payment made by the Purchaser for Products that are not in stock or are temporarily unavailable will be repaid by the Shop via an online transfer to the Purchaser's bank account or returned to his credit card.
